MR. JAYANT PATIL After completing Post Graduation from Mumbai University, I have worked in Human Resources, with a few Manufacturing Companies like Parle Beverages (Now Coke India), Dharamsee Morarji Chemical Co, Crompton Greaves Ltd and Lakme Ltd (a Tata Group of Companies) for a period of about seven years. Thereafter, in the year 1987, I started my own venture in the name of Apex Consultants which primarily was looking at recruitments for senior and middle level executives for the Client Organisations. Started from a small place in Sion, We were able to move into our own big office at Parel which could accommodate our staff, held our client meetings and interviews with the candidates. Getting a success, in this Market, we then ventured into an Overseas Recruitment Business and opened our own Office in Dubai which catered to the UAE Market and the Gulf Region. We were quite successful in this business and worked for around 12 Years in the UAE Market exporting the Indian Talent to the Gulf Region. Today, We mostly cater to the Pan India Clientele for Senior and Middle Level Recruitments, Help in Implementing HR Policies, Procedures and Implementation of Human Resources Initiatives for the Client. At the outset, we have also ventured into a new area of POSH Compliances i.e. (Prevention of sexual harassment) at the Work Place and helped the clients in the Implementation, Training, Providing an External Member in the ICC and also Conducting Enquiries. |
MS. HARSHADA PATIL Mrs. HarshadaPatil, has more than 37 years of experience in the field of social work and currently attached to many companies as an external member for training and actual case resolution related to POSH Compliance. She has handled more than 30 cases since 2013 and comes with a rich experience of behavioral and corporate blend. She is a professional social worker who has worked for 27 years with a Oil Public Sector, followed by working with Tata Institute of Social Sciences and currently an External member on The Internal committees of many companies to advise and assist in compliances. As a social work practitioner and being in the field for more than 35 years, I feel that when a woman feels unsafe at home its very critical and it should be of utmost importance to all concerned to put in cohesive efforts to make our larger society safe for all. Currently working as a External Panel member for implementation of Sexual harassment guidelines at workplace. As per the law on “Prevention Prohibition and Redressal of Sexual Harassment at workplace for Women" After the law came in existence in December 2013, I am advising many companies as a specialist in women's issues and implementing of Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal of Sexual Harassment for Women at workplace previously known as Vishaka guidelines.
